What brand of energy drink is the best Before a long run competition?
Q. I am joining a long run competition and is looking for energy drink that can give me alot of energy push for the run. Not looking for those hydrating drinks like H20 and 100 plus. Is red bull and gatorade energy drinks used before a long run?

A. only drink water before the race, use drinks like gatorade after or maybe during the race to refuel your body, stay away from things with a lot of sugar
