Would this be a humane capital punishment?
Q. What if instead of killing them if they just took them to siberia to the shores of the arctic ocean when it freezes over. Line up the criminals and give them a box with food and water for about a week. Point a gun at them and make them walk onto the sea ice. Eventually maybe within hours or a day or so they will encounter a hungry polar bear. The criminals get the capital punishment they deserve and the polar bear gets food. It would also be sanitary and economical, any remains would sink to the bottom of the sea when the ice thaws.

A. Capital Punishment is stupid, becuase whatever way you look at it, killing a murderer just means 2 people will die. And if someone honestly has to be killed; then it should be clean, painless and quick, otherwise those murdering the criminals will just be adding suffering to it for revenge.
